Biography
Dr. Luis Roberto Trivellini is one of the most recognized hair surgeons in the world. Born and trained in Paraguay, he has spent more than three decades exclusively dedicated to hair restoration, with a dual perspective —clinical and engineering— that has redefined the state of the art of FUE (Follicular Unit Excision).
What has set him apart from the beginning is not only his surgical skill, but his conviction that FUE had a technical ceiling that could only be broken by redesigning the instruments used to perform it. That vision led him to found Mamba Instruments in 2011, relaunched as Trivellini Tech in 2018, headquartered in Asunción, Paraguay, where the devices advanced FUE surgery needed — and didn't yet exist — are designed and manufactured.
In 2023 he moved his clinical practice to Málaga, Spain, where he operates his center Trivellini Hair Group SLP (Av. de la Aurora 69) attending patients from across Europe with the same protocols that made him an international reference: Long Hair FUE, multiphasic system, and surgical care where the surgeon —not technicians— performs the critical phases of the procedure.
His collaboration with TrichoSuite is not commercial: he is part of the project core. His technical vision, his experience with thousands of procedures, and his reading of real operating-room workflows directly inform how the software manages surgical data, technique documentation, and longitudinal results tracking.
