Pricing FAQ
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the admin panel. Changes take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Yes, all plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you decide not to continue, your data remains available for export for an additional 30 days.
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export patients, records, images, and documents in standard formats (CSV, PDF, DICOM). After that period, data is securely deleted from our servers.
No. Listed prices exclude VAT. Applicable tax depends on your clinic's billing country. EU clinics with a valid VAT ID benefit from zero-rated intra-community invoicing.
Included users per plan: 3 on Starter, 5 on Professional, 15 on Advanced, and unlimited on Enterprise. You can add extra users on any plan for 29 EUR/user/month.
