TrichoSuite's AI channels run on AgenteUno, Codelabs' AI agent platform for health businesses. They cover first contact: whoever calls or writes gets an instant reply and the clinic receives the conversation in order.

The channels

• Voice agent for inbound calls and, on the plans that include it, outbound. Call history is in the portal.
• Web chatbot, embedded in the clinic's website.
• WhatsApp agent through the official WhatsApp Business API. It answers inbound questions, sends appointment reminders and can ask for follow-up photos. Conversations are gathered in the portal's unified inbox.
• Email agent, which proposes replies for human approval.
• SMS agent for reminders and confirmations, on the Group plan.

What they do and do not do

They do: give opening hours and directions, outline the general process, collect contact details and the reason for contact, propose and record an appointment, and alert the team. On WhatsApp and the chatbot, the reply language follows the language of the incoming message.

They do not: diagnose, recommend a treatment or opine on a symptom. When a conversation needs clinical judgement, it is handed to a person. An agent answering on behalf of a clinic should also introduce itself as an automated assistant and say the call is recorded; set it up that way before going live.

Quotas by plan

Starter: 300 voice minutes a month and 500 chatbot conversations. Professional: 1,500 voice minutes, 2,000 combined WhatsApp and chatbot conversations, and the email agent. Group: 4,000 minutes, 8,000 conversations and the SMS agent. Extra voice minutes cost EUR 0.08. Current figures are on the pricing page.
