The patient portal is a web application that works on any smartphone, with nothing to install. It is the patient's side of the same record the clinic uses.
What the patient sees and does
- Their history: appointments, documents and photographs the clinic has shared.
- Their review photos: they upload them and they land on the matching follow-up milestone (see photos and follow-up).
- Medication reminders tied to the prescriptions on record.
- Messaging: a thread with the team, with history and notifications, for post-operative questions.
- Available in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with translated email and notification texts.
What the clinic gains
Follow-up questions stop being scattered across personal WhatsApp, email and phone: they sit in a thread attached to the record, with history, where whoever should see them does. Message templates let you answer repetitive things with text reviewed by the team.
What it does not do
- It is not an emergency channel. It is wise to tell the patient in writing what to do about a symptom that cannot wait.
- It gives no automatic medical advice: replies come from the team.
Which pain it addresses
Scattered follow-up and front desks swamped by questions on every channel: The front desk that cannot keep up and The cost of a scattered patient record. For first contact outside the portal, see the AI agents.
