From quote to invoice
- Quotes with line items, statuses (accepted, rejected and others) and direct conversion into an invoice once accepted.
- Invoices with numbering and status. A draft invoice shows "Draft" instead of a number, so it does not consume numbering before being issued.
- Cash register and deposits. A record of in-clinic payments and booking deposits.
- Commissions and products for clinics that manage them.
The document comes out with the structure of the graft plan and the data from the patient record.
VeriFACTU
The portal includes a VeriFACTU page with what a billing manager needs to see:
- Each invoice with its status: not applicable, pending, submitted, accepted by the tax agency (AEAT) or rejected, with filters and pagination.
- Record-chain verification: an integrity check that says whether the chain is intact and, if not, which records show discrepancies.
- Access to the AEAT QR code per invoice and to the detail of a rejection.
- A process that retries submissions that did not get through (network or outage), at the cadence set by flow control.
- The responsible declaration of the software system, visible in the portal and on the website.
What it does not do
- It does not tell you whether your clinic is obliged or from when: that depends on your legal form and the deadlines in force. We review it in VeriFACTU for clinics, but confirm it with your tax adviser.
- Actual submission to the AEAT depends on each installation's configuration being complete; ask for it in the demo if it is a requirement for you.
Which pain it addresses
A professional quote that does not get lost among three others (The quote that never closes) and the invoicing obligation without spreadsheets.
