Anyone looking for software for a hair clinic finds three kinds of tool that have little in common. A wrong choice rarely shows in the first month; it shows once the clinic has loaded its patients and finds it hard to leave. This analysis orders the market and says plainly where TrichoSuite sits and where it is not the best option. We wrote it, so read it knowing we have an interest; that is why every competitor figure carries its source and date.
The three groups
1. General clinic management. Diary, clinical record, invoicing, marketing and stock for any specialty. Here sit Pabau, Clinic Cloud and Flowww. Strength: maturity, integrations and a tight price if your clinic is small. Limit: the hair-transplant-specific part (measuring the scalp, planning grafts, recording surgery) is not their focus.
2. 3D planning and consultation. Tools centred on showing and planning the case. Here sit TrichoLAB and Force HT. Strength: depth in simulation and planning. Limit: they do not set out to be the clinic's full management system, so they usually live alongside other software.
3. Dedicated hair clinic suite. Management and hair-specific tools in a single record. That is TrichoSuite's space.
How each one charges (as of 15 October 2026)
| Option | Pricing model visible on its website |
|---|---|
| Flowww | Three public plans in US dollars (64, 128 and 280 USD a month) plus add-on modules and set-up fees1 |
| Pabau | Plans by number of users with unlimited patients; the page shows no amounts2 |
| Clinic Cloud | Its site links to a pricing page we could not retrieve3 |
| TrichoLAB | No published prices; a meeting or demo is requested4 |
| Force HT | No published prices; contact form5 |
| TrichoSuite | Starter EUR 199/month, Professional EUR 499/month and Group EUR 1199/month (VAT not included, monthly billing; billed annually the monthly amount drops to EUR 166, 416 and 999) |
A price not being published is neither good nor bad: it means you will have to ask for a quote to compare.
Five questions to choose with
- Which part of the problem is yours? If what you lack most is organising diary, payments and patients, general management software may be enough. If you also lack measuring and planning the case, you need the hair-specific part.
- How many programs will you accept maintaining? Combining general software with a 3D tool works, but the patient record ends up split in two, which is exactly the problem of scattered records.
- Which devices do you work with? TrichoSuite's 3D capture requires an iPhone or iPad Pro with LiDAR. If your team is on Android or you prefer to work from photos, another option may fit better (Force HT, for instance, builds the 3D consultation from photos without a scanner).
- Which leak do you want to plug first? If your loss is enquiries that do not close, see the quote that never closes; if it is the front desk, the front desk that cannot keep up.
- What happens if you leave? Ask how to export your data. With TrichoSuite you have 30 days after cancellation to export it in a standard format.
The comparisons, one by one
- TrichoSuite vs TrichoLAB: specialised 3D planning versus a full suite.
- TrichoSuite vs Force HT: 3D consultation from photos versus LiDAR scanning and management.
- TrichoSuite vs Flowww: general management with public prices versus a hair suite.
- TrichoSuite vs Pabau: international generalist platform versus a hair suite.
- TrichoSuite vs Clinic Cloud: Spanish generalist medical software versus a hair suite.
And the TrichoSuite features being compared, in case you want to read them first: 3D scanning, graft calculator, clinical record, scheduling, quotes and invoices, AI agents and CRM.
