The doctor taps “Listen to consultation” in the record. When it closes, they review the summary, the fields filled in with their quote and the commitments with price and date, correct whatever isn't exact and tap “Confirm all”.

The nurse opens the consultation and fills in the history intake and pre-op using the templates. When preparing a prescription, the system warns if it conflicts with an allergy or another active medication. Confirming what the AI proposed is left to the doctor.

When a patient disputes what they were promised, the medical director opens the timeline: the commitment appears with the literal phrase and the audio timestamp, and the audio is played through a time-limited link that is audited.

Good to know What the scribe keeps: the transcript and the audio of the consultation are stored as part of the medical record; they are not discarded. Only clinical roles have access, access to the audio is audited and the patient's consent is recorded before recording. Until the doctor confirms, a value proposed by the AI appears in the record with the “AI draft” mark on the review screen. Today the scribe works in the doctor's web portal, not on the iPhone, and with real patients it is turned on once the consent text has legal sign-off.
