After marking the zones on the scan, the doctor sees the PRECISE score and the calculated grafts, adjusts their plan for technique and sessions and, if the figure changes a lot, notes why. The quote goes out in their name, with a PDF of five views of the 3D model.

In the surgical quotes inbox, reception sees which ones have been sent, which ones the patient has already opened and which ones are awaiting a reply, and knows whom to call without asking the doctor.

Accept or request changes from their phone

The patient receives the notification, opens the latest version sent and the PDF in their portal, and accepts or requests changes. On accepting, they confirm in a dialog and the clinic saves the date, the version and the IP. They never see drafts or internal notes.

Good to know The quote is a planning estimate that is confirmed at an in-person consultation. The patient's acceptance is a confirmation with a record, not a qualified electronic signature. The deposit it shows is an informational amount: the deposit is collected when the appointment is booked.
